Under Mass Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 4c, you may present a motion to the Court to have Constable Michael B. Fixman appointed as a Special Process Server in any case, even if the damages exceed the amount allowed for Constable service and regardless of geographical/jurisdictional issues. This will legally allow the Constable to serve civil process in any amount anywhere the defendant is located.
